Kuretake Zig Fudebiyori Pigment - Milky White
Opaque white brush markers
The Zig Fudebiyori marker range from Kuretake just got more exciting with the introduction of opaque pigment colours. This white brush pen is great for brush lettering, illustrating or painting. By repeatedly writing over the top of a dry layer, the white ink color deepens and becomes more opaque with each layer.
As a standalone brush pen, the Milky White ink looks stunning on dark surfaces, like black paper or card. However, the options don't stop there - use it over other Fudebiyori pens to add highlights and depth to your lettering and brush marker art.
Firm yet flexible brush nibs
Like the standard Fudebiyori markers, the Pigment pens feature a firm and flexible brush tip, which gives great control allowing for thin strokes with minimal pressure and strong, thick strokes with more pressure - ideal for modern calligraphy and all forms of brush lettering.
- Pigment ink
- Acid-free, archival quality ink
- Firm and flexible brush tip
- Size: 14cm long marker pens

Only tried briefly but looks fantastic on black card and when used for highlights on darker writing
Had my eye on this for ages after seeing it on the Pen Pusher Instagram page & was intrigued as I had another white brush pen from another brand. Out of the two, this is the best. The pigment of the white is stunning & provides an almost opaque finish without having to go over multiple times. Great for use on black paper, am glad I added this to my collection.
Super milky white pen. I love the fact that you can gradually intensify it by applying layers. It’s great for brush lettering and also for adding highlights to letters and illustrations. I love how it looks on black paper and toned tan paper.
Love this pen. It's soft and allows you to easily write thick and thin strokes and looks exactly like chalk board writing. You can also go over your writing to make it whiter.
