Excellent customer service and a great pen from Pen Pusher!!
The pen and converter arrived, but sadly there was a problem. The nib unit was lose from the pen. I tried to put it all back together, but the nib wasn’t writing correctly and the converter seemed “bubbly”. I emailed Gavin, and he was so helpful. I returned both items and by return of post he sent me a new pen and converter.I understand that occasionally these things happen even with the best manufacturers, and I have other perfectly working kawecos so I know the quality they usually are. I am pleased to report the new pen and converter work beautifully, and I’m thrilled to have such a lovely, new, kaweco Al sport to go with my other kaweco sports.
